Dying process of the yarn is the first step to produce
these towels.
After have the yarn prepared, we put all colors in the
loom and towels are woven with colored yarns. After loom,
confection and packing ends the towels production process.
There are no limitation on colors, but for more than two
colors in the same towel we need first to check the
position of obiects to check the availability to produce.
Towels produced in jacquard weaving tecnique requires
twisted yarn as raw mateiral.
Possilility to have terry or velour finish on the towels.
These towels are delivered with branded woven label and
individual packing in a polybag as standards.
Using twisted yarn as raw material, relief weaving towels
are what we call as piece dyed towels.
In this case, towels are woven in the loom in natural
color, but with relief logo already.
After woven process, towels goes to dying process, one
color only.
Sewing and packing finish all the process.

These towels are delivered with branded woven label and
individual packing in a polybag as standards.
Using a poliester border for logo weaving process, these
towels allows to use single varn as raw material. Its a
piece dyed product such has relief woven towels.
Keeping the same quality, we can have towels at a more
competitive price.
Body of the towel is plain dyed, however logo can have up
to 5 direct colors, woven directly on the towel.
The border area does not have terry loops such as the rest
of the towel.

Starting with a produced towel, no matter if it has woven
logo or artowrk, all towels can be finished with an
embroidery.
We use the top quality machines for embroidery, what offer
a good finish job on towels.
There is no possibility to calculate prices for embroidery
without see the artowork, number of stitches must be
calculated to reach the price.

With same principal as border weaving towels, a poliester
border can be woven in the towel as white backgroung and
we are able to print full color process in sublimation
tecnique.
Sublimation on border gives a full collor effect to brands
or artwork, with a very smooth touch and high durability
after wash process. These towels are delivered with

standards.
